One of ECdrive’s goals is to make it easier to choose an electric car, even if you live in an apartment and don’t have the opportunity to buy a charging station yourself.
That is why we are proud that the public housing company Boligkontoret Aarhus has chosen ECdrive as charging operator at their properties.
“Since 2015, Boligkontoret Aarhus has been the country’s most ambitious general housing organization in terms of establishing charging stations. ECdrive’s transparent and simple concept fits perfectly with our further rollout of charging options for electric cars for the residents of all of our more than 6,000 public housing units in Aarhus,” says Morten Homann Director of the Housing Office in Aarhus.
The agreement initially runs for 10 years and in collaboration with BK Århus, an ambitious rollout plan has been laid in which the first projects have already started.
The agreement is based on 100% user payment and is thus secure and free of costs for the Housing Office in Aarhus. The housing company therefore completely avoids thinking about rent increases, deprioritization of other projects or operating and establishment costs.
