We can set up chargers free of charge for owner associations, cooperative housing associations, companies, etc. because our concept is 100% user-paid. Which means it is only those who use the charging stations who pay. When you use an ECdrive charging stand, you pay a small fee on top of the price, which goes to ECdrive.
ECdrive is incentive driven as our solution is 100% user paid.
This means that we are dependent on our chargers being used and therefore you can feel secure in the fact that we always offer attractive charging prices and ensure high uptime.

It is free to get chargers installed from ECdrive. There are no setup or maintenance costs. It only costs the property money if you want to change charging operator and thus terminate the agreement with us.
Should you wish to terminate the agreement, you will pay a fixed low price of DKK 10,000 per charging point to take over the installation. Administration, service & insurance are free as long as the agreement is active.
Our charging prices follow the market development in the general electricity market.
This means that the prices for charging your car fluctuate depending on how the general electricity price is and can differ from East to West.
To use ECdrive chargers, you must use the app “Monta”. The current charging price for the charging point will also always be visible here.

Alternatively, you can pay by scanning the QR code at the charging point and pay via the payment link on your smartphone.

As a starting point, all owner associations, cooperative housing associations, landowner associations, housing associations, companies, municipalities and anyone else who has parking areas with more than 10 parking spaces can get an agreement with ECdrive.
Yes, we can set up charging points at all housing associations with their own parking areas as long as you have more than to parking spaces. Contact us for more information.
We use different manufacturers of chargers. However, they all have in common that they are from large, reputable companies, and all are thoroughly tested and approved. We currently have the most ABB brand chargers installed.
We usually set up 22 kWh chargers.
Yes, guests of the housing association can use the charging points set up in your parking areas. They can either use our app or pay by scanning the QR code at the charging point, we call this ad hoc charging.
Then we discover it 9 out of 10 times via our back-end system. When a fault is detected, we will send one of our technicians out to repair or replace the charger free of charge. You can also report errors via our app or call us.
Maintenance and repair are part of our 360 degree solution and are therefore included.
We follow developments so that we can always deliver a competitive and attractive product to our users.
ECdrive owns all equipment.
We can get power from your electrical panel if there is enough power available. In that case, we set up a bimeter with automatic reading. Alternatively, we must establish a new connection with power from the nearest cable cabinet. ECdrive also covers connection fee costs.

There are several considerations to take into account, for example where we can get electricity and which parking spaces are best suited.
