De Danske Bilimportører has just published an article with the news that there will be more electric than hybrid cars on the roads in DK.
It is fantastic news that the Danes are really opening their eyes to electric cars, but this also places greater demands on the charging infrastructure.
“When Danes are considering a new car, the possibility of easy and fast charging is a significant part of the decision if you are considering an electric car. Therefore, the establishment of charging stations needs to be even more speeded up if the positive development is to continue”, says Mads Rørvig, managing director of De Danske Bilimportører.
There are over 730,000 Danish families with a car who live in a place without the possibility of their own charging box, and therefore it is essential to create optimal access to public charging points and charging at workplaces.
With our sharing economy solution for companies and residential properties, you can have chargers set up in your parking areas at no cost and risk and get a solution where, in contrast to having your own charger, we can optimize consumption at common charging points and need fewer charging stations , which ultimately emits less CO2, as we have to install fewer chargers, have less excavation work and have to allocate fewer amps.
